Trouble shooting the vibrator

There are different reasons a vibrator could stop charging. We'll help you find out what happened and how to fix it.

My device won't charge

If your device does not charge, you need to answer the following questions.

  • Did you ever submerge it underwater?
  • Did you ever leave it under high temperatures?
  • Did the charging cable got entangled or twisted and charged it with it?
  • Did you charge it with a power adapter that gives more than 2A of power? You can find the ouput power written on the power adapters, it's usualy stated before an "A" of "Amperes". E.g. 1A or 2A or 0.5A
  • Did you charged it constantly for hours even tho it was already charged?

If you answered Yes to any of the previous questions, it's likely that you have damaged your device, rather than a problem with the device.

Can I use a broken/twisted/bended/damaged cable to charge it?

Using a broken/twisted/bended/damaged may damage your device forever. Do not charge it under any of this conditions, if you need a new charging cable contact the seller.

Can I put it underwater?

Firstly is important to say that the vibrator even tho it's water resistant should never used/cleaned underwater.

Charging

In order to make it water resistant the vibrator has a really small plug for charging. The hole of the plug and the charging metal connections are so small that little movements can make the inside not touch correctly to charge, sometimes you have to find the right spot to charge it. Sometimes you need to rotate the charger end, pull it out a little bit or push it deeply with caution. (Different temperatures in the environment can make metals shrink or expand).

If you have problems while chargin it, try leaving the device charging for some hours. If you still see no blinking LED try charging it putting the in different positions like the video above and leave it again for a couple hours.

Still have problems?

  • What are your cleaning methods? Did you use any chemical/substance?
  • What power outlet capacity do you use to charge it? It comes in volts (V) and amperes (A), and must be the output values.
  • Have you put it underwater?
  • What model did you get?
  • Did you completely drained the battery of the device last time you used it?
  • Did you leave if without charge for a long period of time?
  • When did you purchase it and how long have you used it?
  • Have you left it under high temperatures?
  • How many times have you charge it?
